These figures are estimates of the complete investments in setting-up an Anytime Fitness Center and operating it for 3 months. It is possible to significantly exceed costs in any of the areas above. Some costs will vary in relation to the physical size of the fitness center. A lower cost center is one that would require fewer leasehold improvements and fewer equipment expenditures. Moderate and higher cost fitness centers may require extensive interior renovations and additional equipment. The above figures do not include extensive exterior renovations.

Putting in your time

While many of our club owners enjoy the flexibility to pursue other passions, any new business requires a significant time commitment. So be realistic in assessing your availability for launching your new club as well as day-to-day operations. Of course, we’re here to help with everything from site selection to operations with 360° Support.

More clubs, more opportunity

Many of our owners enjoy the added earnings potential of owning more than one club. We offer discounts on franchise fees for additional clubs to help our owners dream big.

The intangibles

Of course, every business owner hopes to earn a profit. But financials aside, the things we hear Anytime Fitness owners rave about are the rewards of a healthier lifestyle – for their members and themselves. After all, if you truly love your work you’re bound to enjoy a more passionate, fulfilling life.

**See Item 19 of the FDD. This is an estimate of what we think you can earn based on certain assumptions described further in Item 19 of the FDD.  We have projected Average Net Profit and Average Total Revenue based on an Anytime Fitness center with 865 members during the entire year, with an estimated average monthly membership fee of $36.58 per member and estimated annual personal training revenue of $111.18 per member.  Of the 2,158 Anytime Fitness centers open for at least 12 months as of February 28, 2018, 850 (39%) had an average of over 865 members in the 12 months ended on February 28, 2018.  Your results may differ.  There is no assurance that you will sell as many memberships or earn as much.  See Item 19 of the FDD for more information.
